My first official NPC show I got 4th Place in the 2009 NPC WESTERN CLASSIC Fitness Competition.  I am a National Level Bikini Class C Competitor – Currently training for the USAs July 30th and 31st.  Member of the prestigious BYB (better your best) Team located in Tempe Arizona, Sponsored Athlete, Fitness Model and Personal Trainer.  I don’t use any of the prohormones but I love the recovery drink (tastes awesome).  I noticed since I added the protein powder to my diet I am leaner with more muscle mass which is perfect as I am moving into figure after the USAs.  Thank you I.U.L.!!

"Since he was 13 years old, Kevin wanted to lift weights but wasn’t allowed to as his parents thought it would stunt his growth.  At the age of 16, he bought his first gym set without approval and from that point on, his life would never be the same.  By the time he turned 18, he was weighing in at 195lbs, benching 365lbs, squatting 650lbs, and clean and pressing 365lbs.  At 22, he entered the Gold's Gym Bench Contest and benched 475lbs, weighing in at 220lbs.  Soon after that a friend brought him to a boxing gym in Albany, NY to try competitive boxing.  The director stated that he was a meathead and wouldn’t be a good boxer because of his size.  But that didn’t stop him.  He worked hard everyday and within only 3 months of training had his first fight, a qualifier for the New York State Golden Gloves.  He knocked his opponent down 3 times in the first round causing a stoppage to occur, and knocked him out in the next leg."

Been involved with all sports my entire life, football, wrestling (team captain*), weight training for 25 years.  In 2009 I decided to take my physic to the bodybuilding stage for the first time – Placed 2nd in NPC national qualifier show as a Light heavy, my second show was muscle beach in Venice – 2nd place.  My last show (3rd show) I won the over-all title at the 2009 NPC Western Regional.  Training for the USAs July 30th and 31st, and am already in better shape than I was in November when I won the overall – THANKS TO THE I.U.L.
